As boys move up through the Company Section many are rewarded with promotions and awards. When they get to 15 years old they are expected to assist the officers and leaders in their dutys, and set a good example to the younger members. Many of the older boys will have achieved their Presidents Badge and will be working towards their Kings Badge which requires them to complete some community service and learn a new hobby or skill.
